2. Personal data processed

Depending on how you use the site, we may process:

• Identity and contact data: name and telephone number you provide.
• Request data: notes you add to an appointment request and related follow-up records.
• Customer and transaction data: where a customer relationship is established, service and payment records needed to run the business.
• Technical and marketing data: consent choices and, if you allow analytics or marketing cookies, limited measurement and campaign information.

Data is collected through the appointment form, your communications with us, and first-party cookies. If you continue on WhatsApp, the information you send is also processed under WhatsApp’s own terms.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

We process personal data to receive and manage appointment requests, contact you, provide requested services, keep customer and accounting records, meet legal obligations, and protect our rights.

These activities rely, as applicable, on KVKK Articles 5/2(c), 5/2(ç), 5/2(e) and 5/2(f): necessity for a contract or pre-contractual steps you request, compliance with a legal obligation, establishment or protection of a right, and legitimate interests that do not override your fundamental rights.

Analytics and advertising measurement are used only on the basis of the consent you give through cookie choices (Accept, Reject, or Cookie Preferences).

4. Recipients and transfers

Where necessary, data may be shared with authorised public bodies, legal and accounting advisers, and suppliers providing hosting, IT or communication services. If you use WhatsApp or enable Google analytics/advertising technologies, limited data may be processed by Meta or Google and may be transferred abroad under Article 9 of the KVKK.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Retention

Personal data is kept only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose and for applicable legal retention periods, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Customer and financial records may need to be kept for up to ten years. Cookie preferences are stored for 180 days; first-touch campaign attribution (when allowed) for 90 days.

6. Your rights and how to apply

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may request information about whether your data is processed, access to it, correction or deletion where the conditions are met, information about recipients, and other rights listed in the Law.

You may submit a signed written request to our address above, or use another method permitted by the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller. You can also write to info@elixir.com.tr. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity.

7. Cookie policy

Necessary cookies support security and store your privacy choice. Analytics and marketing cookies stay off unless you accept them or enable the relevant category in Cookie Preferences.

If you enable Google analytics or advertising tools, limited technical data may be processed by Google under its own policies and may involve transfers abroad.

You can change or withdraw your choices at any time with Cookie Preferences. Withdrawal applies going forward. You can also manage cookies in your browser; blocking necessary cookies may affect basic site functions.
